Montage Business Intelligence: New CEO appointed
Tony Millar has been appointed CEO of Montage Business Intelligence. Previously Head of BI Consulting at Montage, Tony brings 14 years experience of delivering business intelligence implementations in the UK, Europe, the US and Australasia to his new role.

After graduating in Commerce from the University of Canterbury, Tony worked in line management and consulting roles in the UK. Early frustration with the commercial opportunities lost due to the poor quality of available management information prompted his decision to specialise in delivering business intelligence.
"Coming from a financial and commercial background, my whole focus has been on bridging the gap between business and IT, a gap into which many sorely needed business intelligence initiatives tumble” says Tony Millar. “Far too many businesses buy expensive BI tools or drift into engineering led data warehousing with high expectations only to experience frustration and eventual disillusionment with the promise of business intelligence. Having driven successful BI programmes, I know it works and making BI work for customers is the essence of what we do at Montage."
As is usual for the leader of a professional services company, Tony will continue his consulting work with Montage customers alongside his business leadership role.
Previous CEO Mike Perry has moved to the role of Chairman and will remain actively involved on a day to day basis as an executive director of Montage Business Intelligence. Mike will continue in his role as CEO of sister company, Montage Interactive Ltd.
