Tableau Test Drive - Christchurch
- Date: Friday, September 6th
- Time: 1pm - 4pm
- Audience: New Tableau Desktop users, or potential Tableau users.
Join us for our free hands on 'Tableau Test Drive' session and we'll show you how to connect to and visualise your data without writing a single line of code.
You'll learn how to create a dashboard from scratch and see how you can quickly analyse, visualise and share information and publish your results.

Tableau User Group - Wellington

- Time: 5pm - 7pm
- Audience: New and experienced Tableau users, or potential Tableau users.
SOLGM will share some of their uses of Tableau in local government, and we'll also share a Tableau topic such as tips or new features to use in your next viz.
The purpose of the Wellington Tableau User Group is to share knowledge, tips & tricks, and connect with Tableau users in the Wellington region. Whether you're a beginner, an expert or just curious, you are welcome!
Data Storytelling Workshop - Wellington

- Audience: Suitable for anyone communicating insight as part of their role (including Tableau and Power BI users)
The Data Story workshop teaches you essential skills to improve your insight communication. You will learn how to write data narratives, and combine them with well-designed data visualisations.
The design principles and best practice data visualisation techniques taught can be applied to any software - such as Tableau or Power BI.
